Cancellation Policy
1. Subscriptions
Where services are provided on a subscription basis:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
- Access to the service will continue until the end of the active billing period.
2. One-Time Purchases
For once-off purchases:
- Access to digital content or services is granted immediately upon successful payment.
- The service is deemed to have commenced at the point of access.
3. Effect of Access
- Once digital content or services have been accessed, cancellation may no longer be possible.
- This limitation is due to the nature of digital delivery, where value is considered to be received upon access.
4. Refund Alignment
- All cancellation-related matters, including any potential refunds, are governed by and subject to the Refund Policy.
5. Fair Application
- All cancellation decisions are applied fairly and consistently:
- In accordance with these Terms and Conditions
- In compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Ace My Exams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of the platform.
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act.
Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform, without prior notice, where:
- These Terms and Conditions are breached; or
- The platform is used in a manner that is unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with its intended purpose.
Refund Policy
1. General Rule
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted. Exceptions apply where required by law or where the product or service is materially defective, not as described, or cannot be accessed.
2. Eligible Situations
We may consider a refund or corrective action in the following circumstances:
A duplicate or incorrect payment has been processed; A verified technical fault prevents access to the purchased content or service; The content or service is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase.
3. Resolution-First Approach
Where feasible, we will prioritise resolving the issue before issuing a refund. This may include: Restoring or enabling access Correcting technical faults Providing the correct or updated content
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted where:
The content or service has been accessed and is functioning as intended; The request is based on a change of mind, preference, or personal circumstances; The issue arises from user-side factors, including incompatible devices, internet access limitations, or incorrect usage.
5. Request Process
To request assistance or a refund review:
Submit your request within 7 (seven) days of purchase; Provide valid proof of payment; Clearly describe the issue, including any relevant supporting information.
6. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 (seven to ten) business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law.

All requests are assessed fairly and consistently: In accordance with these Terms and Conditions; In compliance with applicable laws, including the Consumer Protection Act.
