What Is a Learner’s Licence?
A learner’s licence is the first legal step toward becoming a fully licensed driver by taking a Learners Test. It allows you to drive under supervision while learning the essential skills needed on the road. Before getting behind the wheel, every learner must pass a Learners Test that covers:
